چکیده
A fully self-consistent model for the excitation and reception of magnetostatic surface waves in thin ferromagnetic films by a set coplanar antennas was developed implemented numerically. The assumes that film is highly conducting interfaced with non-magnetic metallic films, but also suitable modeling magneto-insulating films. Perpendicular magnetic anisotropy Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction can be included at both interfaces layer. calculates coupling impedances between different strips constituting antennas. In some situations, this leads to frequency non-reciprocity counter-propagating even case no asymmetry spin-wave dispersion relation. Several intermediate results were checked numerically final output model, given as scattering parameters, S11, S12, S21 antenna system, good agreement previous experimental studies.

Microwave excitation of spin wave beams in thin ferromagnetic films.
An inherent element of research and applications in photonics is a beam of light. In magnonics, which is the magnetic counterpart of photonics, where spin waves are used instead of electromagnetic waves to transmit and process information, the lack of a beam source limits exploration. Here, we present an approach enabling generation of narrow spin wave beams in thin homogeneous nanosized ferrom...

The voltage-controlled magnetic anisotropy (VCMA) effect, which manifests itself as variation of anisotropy of a thin layer of a conductive ferromagnet on a dielectric substrate under the influence of an external electric voltage, can be used for the development of novel information storage and signal processing devices with low power consumption. Here it is demonstrated by micromagnetic simula...
متن کاملOrdinal Excitation of Three-Magnon and Four-Magnon Processes of Magnetostatic Surface Waves in YIG Films
Ordinal excitations of three-magnon decay, modulation instability and four-magnon decay processes of magnetostatic surface waves propagating in a pure yttrium iron garnet film are investigated in accordance with the relationship between the magnetostatic wave frequency and the internal magnetic field. Onset of the modulation instability is realized as a result of tnodification of n~agnetostatic...
